At FMS Global Strategies, our mission is clear: authentic representation and advocacy. With a legacy rooted in our Floridian heritage and a deep understanding of generational poverty and systemic injustice, we are dedicated to creating meaningful change.
For over 30 years, we have championed the rights of underserved communities across multiple states. Our accomplishments speak for themselves—over 10,000 bills passed into law and $2 billion in state and federal appropriations secured across 12 states. Certified in trauma-informed care and anti-Black racism, our approach prioritizes communities that have faced the most significant harm while addressing all forms of systemic oppression.
As a 100% Black- and Hispanic-owned, woman-led firm, we embody the values of empowerment, equity, and sustainable progress. Our work focuses on initiatives that uplift and strengthen communities of color, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs addressed.
